Return & Refund Guidelines – Findeco

At Findeco, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, eligible physical products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the delivery date.

Eligibility Requirements

To be accepted, returned items must meet these conditions:

  • Unused and maintained in original condition

  • Returned with all original packaging, accessories, and included components

  • Supported by valid proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt)

  • Not customized beyond the standard options available on the product page

Return Request Process

You must contact us before sending any item back. Requests can be submitted via email at contact@findeco.shop. Once your return is approved, we will provide:

  • A prepaid return shipping label

  • Step-by-step packing instructions

  • A Return Authorization Number (RA#), which must be clearly visible on the package

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted or processed.

Issues with Orders

If your order arrives with any problems, please contact us promptly. This includes:

  • Items that are damaged (frame, artwork, or packaging)

  • Incorrect product received (wrong size, design, or color)

  • Missing parts or installation hardware

We will assess the situation and provide an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for returns:

  • Customized or personalized items (including designs with added text or images)

  • Clearance or final sale products

  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item, please complete the return process for the original product and place a new order separately. Any approved refund can then be used toward your new purchase.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3–5 business days), you will be notified of the outcome. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your payment provider, additional processing time of 3–10 business days may apply.
